Prenatal Yoga

 

Come join other moms-to-be as you practice yoga postures to ease discomforts, stretch your body, and build strength. These classes will provide you with the opportunity to be fully present in your pregnancy and with your baby, and to prepare your body and mind for your upcoming birth.

 

No previous yoga experience necessary.

Mom and Baby

 

Motherhood is a special time in your life that needs a unique approach to yoga. In mom and baby yoga classes, you'll explore postures that help to relieve discomforts common to new moms, rebuild your core strength, and gently tone and strengthen your body. You'll spend wonderful quality time with your baby singing songs, doing baby yoga, massage, and having cuddle time together. You'll meet other new moms and their babies, and share stories, advice and fun.
